The President asked Defense Minister Anatoly Hrytsenko to present the Order to the rescuers today. On February 10, Honcharov and Tatomyr saw a child fall through thin
ice on a water reservoir. The pond was three meters deep and the place
where the ice broke ten meters away from the shore. Honcharov got
undressed, grabbed a hose that Tatomyr gave him, tied it around his
body, broke the ice and swam to the unconscious boy. He pushed him up
to the surface. Then Myroslav dragged them to the shore. The soldiers
